Job summary

Biltmore Farms, LLC is hiring a Front Desk Supervisor in Asheville, NC to lead the Front Desk team and ensure smooth, guest-focused operations during the assigned shift. You will supervise staff, communicate daily sales strategies, train new and existing employees, and resolve guest issues with discretion while maintaining Hilton standards and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Competitive starting pay of $18.00 per hour plus benefits, including eligible medical, dental, vision, retirement

Qualifications

• Two-year Associates degree preferred; hospitality/customer service experience required.
• Two years front desk and supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Desk staff during assigned shift to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate daily sales strategy to front desk staff each shift to optimize sell-out.
• Train and develop staff to solve guest issues and upsell.
• Manage desk, resolve guest concerns, handle emergencies during shift; act as PM hotel MOD when scheduled.
