Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown is looking for a friendly Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests, check them in and provide accurate information.

No prior experience required, but must be fluent in English and comfortable with cash handling. You will use a computerized cash register and PBX to support guest services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Comfortable with cash handling and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in procedures.
• Handle guest check-outs and settle accounts.
• Process cash, cards and other payments accurately.
• Provide information on rates and services to guests.
• Maintain friendly demeanor and respond to inquiries.
• Operate front desk PBX and communicate hotel information.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with guest requests.
