This is a full-time, customer-facing position that requires scheduling flexibility, including AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide the highest level of service; process check-ins/outs and handle reservations.
• Verify billing, create reservations, and process special requests.
• Upsell rooms and amenities to maximize revenue.
• Adhere to safety procedures and work with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
