Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Chaminade Resort & Spa in Santa Cruz, CA, is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in and provide information about the hotel and local attractions. You will be the first impression and help guests feel welcome from arrival through departure.

The role requires an outgoing personality, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to work a fast-paced environment.
