Job summary

Epic Healthcare is seeking a Concierge to be the warm and welcoming face of our nursing home, greeting residents, visitors, and staff with professionalism and empathy at the front desk.

Responsibilities include answering phone calls, guiding inquiries, coordinating visitor check-ins, and assisting with administrative tasks in a fast-paced setting. You will contribute to a caring, efficient resident experience and support a positive work environment.
