Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect copayments.
• Register new patients and update demographic information.
• Upload and maintain patient records within the EHR system.
• Monitor incoming faxes and route documents (referrals, lab results, etc.).
• Communicate effectively with providers, nurses, and outside offices.
