Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience as a Front Desk Agent preferred.
• Must speak, read and write English fluently.

Responsabilités

• Check-in and check-out guests courteously and efficiently.
• Process payments according to hotel policies.
• Provide information and assistance to guests and visitors.
• Answer phones within 3 rings and use proper greeting etiquette.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, rates and promotions.
• Handle guest requests, complaints and inquiries professionally.
