Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in restaurant service.
• Experience in a luxury or ultra-luxury property preferred; knowledge of wine and beverage service is a plus.
• Must speak, read and write English; multilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information in a professional, gracious manner.
• Coordinate reservations and seating for daily and nightly service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, prices, and preparation methods; ensure compliance with liquor regulations.
