Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Basic computer skills and clear communication.
• Strong time management and guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone promptly with a smile and assist or transfer calls.
• Handle cash, perform cash drops, and report shorts to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII and follow security procedures.
• Follow check-in/out checklist and verify IDs and payment.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries; perform other duties as assigned.
