Camping World is seeking a Receptionist to join our team at the Kansas City location. You will be the first point of contact for customers, greet visitors, and set a positive tone for every interaction.

Responsibilities include managing VIP check-ins, directing customers to the right team, answering phones, and logging calls in our CRM. The role requires a high school diploma and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualificações

• High School education or equivalent.
• Experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong initiative with leadership ability and take-charge attitude.
• Reliable, responsible and a strong team player.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office; light lifting up to 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsabilidades

• First point of contact for customers.
• Greet and welcome customers.
• Set a positive tone for the customer experience.
• Check in VIP appointments and direct customers to the appropriate team member(s).
• Coordinate front desk activities including answering and directing incoming phone calls.
• Track incoming sales calls in our CRM.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with commitment to success daily.
• Assist customers with any questions directed to the reception desk.
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as appropriate.
