Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a friendly front desk agent in Irving, TX. You’ll be the face of our hotel, greeting guests, checking in/out, and sharing local knowledge to ensure an exceptional stay.

Strong communication, a smile, and the ability to handle cash and guest requests under pressure are essential. A high school diploma and 3–6 months related experience are preferred; scheduling includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
