Pet Paradise in Saint Augustine, FL seeking a Front Desk Associate to welcome guests and manage daily front desk duties. Starting rate is $15.00/hour with increases at 6 months and on the annual anniversary date, reflecting a commitment to growth within the company.

The role includes check-in/check-out, pet handling, and coordinating with the veterinary team, along with a robust benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service role.
• Detail oriented with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
• Cheerful, friendly and positive team attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication with documentation care.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and long periods of standing.
• Flexibility for resort schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Welcome pet parents and their pets with a warm, positive interaction.
• Organize and process check-ins and check-outs.
• Walk dogs for drop-off and pickup and coordinate suite placement.
• Answer phones, check voicemails, and respond to emails promptly.
• Process cashier and point-of-sale transactions.
• Coordinate with resort leadership and veterinary teams as needed.
• Maintain entrance, lobby, and cat room areas according to routines.
