Pet Paradise's Fleming Island resort is seeking a Seasonal Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests and their pets, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle calls and emails, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service role.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Cheerful, friendly, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Must be physically able to handle dogs and lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and pets with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Walk dogs for drop-off/pickup and coordinate suite placement.
• Answer calls, voicemails, and emails promptly.
• Handle cashier and point-of-sale operations.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and pet rooms as required.
