You will help recruit front desk personnel, monitor daily performance, and ensure the club maintains the Planet Fitness standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive club metrics in alignment with business performance.
• Oversee front desk and guest services to ensure excellent member experience.
• Assist the GM with interviewing and recruiting front desk staff.
• Coordinate inventory and review sales with GM to identify opportunities and adjust execution.
• Maintain club standards and a clean, friendly, well‑kept environment.
