Planet Fitness in Torrington, CT is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee front desk operations and support the General Manager in daily club activities. You will focus on front-of-house operations, ensure excellent member service, and maintain a clean, friendly club environment.

The role requires ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, strong communication with management, and a commitment to Planet Fitness standards and values. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing roles helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee front desk operations and guest services.
• Assist General Manager with daily club activities.
• Monitor club metrics and ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Coordinate shift coverage and disciplinary actions with GM.
• Mentor front-end staff and support training.
• Develop and maintain cleaning duties for front desk employees and oversee overnight staff.
• Coordinate disciplinary actions with GM, Regional Manager and HR.
• Cover shifts as needed and assist with club audits for cleanliness and organization.
• Mentor Front End employees to promote career growth through training and performance assessments.
