Qualifications

• A High School Diploma Or Equivalent required (Associates degree preferred).
• 6 month Supervisor or Manager experience in a restaurant or retail environment at high volume.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk personnel and day-to-day front-of-house operations.
• Assist the General Manager and guide staff to deliver excellent member services.
• Monitor club metrics and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Recruitment support including initial phone interviews for front desk and instructors.
• Mentor Front End staff and handle shift coverage as needed.
