Qualifications

• Front desk and patient check-in experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Suite required.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors warmly and efficiently check in patients.
• Provide high level of customer service to optimize provider time and treatment room use.
• Manage scheduling with focus on growth and provider availability.
• Notify clinicians of arrivals and delays to maintain on-time flow.
• Handle incoming faxes and document communications in the EMR.
