Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy in New York is seeking a Clinic Support Associate to assist front desk operations and support clinicians with patient care. This hands-on role focuses on delivering a welcoming patient experience and efficient clinic flow.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 11:30am-8pm, offering opportunities to learn in a fast-growing field with an expert team and long-term potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a medical/clinical setting preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and EMR systems beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors, answer inquiries, and check in patients.
• Deliver high levels of customer service to optimize provider time and room utilization.
• Manage scheduling with focus on growth and provider availability.
• Maintain on-time patient flow by notifying clinicians of arrivals and delays.
• Enter patient information and updates into the EMR system accurately.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate logs including billing reconciliations.
• Verify demographics and insurance information for new and returning patients.
• Assist patients during therapy with equipment and prescribed routines.
• Educate patients on equipment use and safety measures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and HIPAA-compliant environment.
