Job summary

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is hiring a Clinic Support Associate to join our front desk and patient-care team. You will manage front desk operations, assist clinicians with patient care, and help deliver a welcoming, efficient patient experience.

Daily duties include scheduling, EMR data entry, patient check-in/out, coordinating with physicians, and supporting therapists during therapy sessions. This is a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of medical office experience preferred, EMR familiarity a plus.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Suite required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, check in and direct inquiries with a friendly, professional manner.
• Support clinicians and maintain smooth front desk operations to optimize appointment flow.
• Schedule appointments and manage provider time and room utilization.
• Enter data into the EMR and maintain accurate patient records.
• Answer calls from physicians, hospitals, and patients and coordinate communication.
