H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist in person at our Tennessee offices. You will greet clients, manage check-in, answer calls, schedule appointments, and connect clients with tax professionals.

This role supports office operations, emphasizes confidentiality, and offers training that can lead to tax work or leadership opportunities within the practice during tax season.

• Comfort using basic computer programs and scheduling tools (Microsoft Office, Teams).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsibilities

• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
