Responsibilities

• Greet clients and coordinate intake for primary care or support services.
• Communicate with staff to ensure coordinated care and follow-up.
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance eligibility as needed.
• Input client information into billing and clinical record systems.
• Maintain client charts and handle phone calls and inquiries.
• Assist with paperwork and ensure timely data entry for appointments.
