H&R Block in California seeks a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming first impression of the office. You will greet clients, manage check-ins, answer phones, schedule appointments, and pair clients with the right tax professionals.

This in-person role offers on-the-job training, opportunities to advance into tax preparation or leadership, and a supportive team culture. Availability for evenings and weekends during tax season is required.

Formación

• Experience working in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and serve clients professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams and scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
