The role focuses on welcoming customers, managing schedules, and maintaining records while contributing to a friendly, efficient office environment.

The ideal candidate will be organized, service‑oriented, and comfortable discussing insurance options with clients.

Formación

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish Preferred.

Responsabilidades
