Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with warmth and authentic recognition.
• Answer telephone within three rings and assist or transfer as needed.
• Count bank at start/end of shift and handle cash drops per policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby.
• Assist with lobby activation and upsell program.
• Protect guest data and follow security procedures.
• Resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Collect necessary identification and form of payment.
