ACR Diesel & Auto Repair LLC is seeking a Receptionist/Cashier to run the front counter and greet customers. You will schedule appointments, handle payments, and keep the shop running smoothly between service bays and the front desk.

No automotive experience is required; we’ll train you. The role emphasizes friendly communication, cash handling, computer use, and reliable, punctual service in a busy shop setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service, reception or cashier experience preferred.
• Comfortable handling cash and using a computer, POS system and phone system.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, patient attitude.
• Organized and able to juggle phones, customers and paperwork at the same time.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Bonus: experience at an auto shop or dealership or Tekmetric software.

Responsabilidades

• Greet walk-in customers and answer calls, emails and texts professionally.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the daily calendar.
• Collect customer and vehicle information and process payments.
• Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and organized.
• Communicate updates on vehicle status and invoices with customers.
• Assist with light clerical duties and data entry.
• Balance the register and issue receipts at day end.
