Miles Crown Automotive is seeking a Cashier/Receptionist with strong customer service and cash handling skills. The role greets customers, processes payments, answers calls, and directs inquiries to the appropriate departments.

A professional appearance and flexibility to work weeknights and weekends are preferred. Responsibilities include handling payments, recording transactions, answering the phone, and supporting management with clerical tasks.

Formación

• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Flexible hours including weeknights and weekends.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs and requests to management and sales personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Answer phones and direct customers to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to the appropriate person for resolution.
• Operate switchboard telephone system.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, minimizing hold time.
• Assist managers with clerical duties as needed.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient with customers and employees.
• Familiarize yourself with department structures and internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently.
