Job summary

The Auto Ranch Group in Mountain Home, ID is seeking a Receptionist/Cashier to join our fast-paced, family-oriented team. You will answer multi-line phones, greet customers, direct them to the right department, and handle payments with receipts, while supporting sales and service staff.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, organization, and an outgoing personality. A background check, drug test, and valid driver’s license are required; we offer training and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass criminal background check
• Drug test required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Minimum of one year experience preferred, but will train the right individual

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership multi-line phone, greet and receive prospects and customers, track calls utilizing computer software and CRM
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Work cooperatively with the sales, service, and other internal teams
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales and service appointments
• Take payments for service & parts, issue receipts
• Other duties as assigned
