Russ Darrow Group in Madison, WI is seeking a friendly Receptionist/Cashier to be the welcoming first contact for customers. You will handle front desk duties, greet visitors, answer calls, process payments, and support daily office operations in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and are comfortable with basic accounting tasks. Training is provided; dealership experience and Excel skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
• Dealership experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone in a professional, courteous manner.
• Answer incoming calls, determine the nature of the call, and route callers to the appropriate department promptly.
• Operate the switchboard telephone system efficiently and accurately.
• Receive cash, check, and credit card payments; issue receipts and make change accurately.
• Perform routine accounting tasks related to accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Assist managers and office staff with clerical and administrative duties as needed.
• Learn dealership departments, procedures, and internal processes to assist customers efficiently.
