Wasatch Behavioral Health is hiring a Full-Time Care Team Assistant (Receptionist) at the Westpark Family Clinic in Provo, Utah. The role is the first point of contact, delivering a warm, welcoming experience for individuals seeking behavioral health services.

The position operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with compensation ranging from $17.50 to $22.17 per hour DOE. Benefits include health plans, HSA, FSA, PTO, and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, families, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Manage incoming calls, questions, and direct to the appropriate team.
• Make preliminary assessments to determine urgency and connect to services.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments while maintaining calendars.
• Process client payments and assist with billing questions and insurance authorizations.
• Maintain accurate client charts and electronic health records.
• Act as liaison between clients, clinicians, and insurance partners.
• Assist with forms, paperwork, and general questions about services.
• Coordinate communication with therapists, nurses, case managers, and providers.
• Handle confidential information with HIPAA-compliant professionalism.
• Process mail, faxes, and other admin tasks to keep clinic running smoothly.
• Create an organized, professional, and compassionate environment for care.
