Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, professional first impression for patients and visitors.
• Manage front desk operations: check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, and phone calls.
• Review referrals, update patient records, and explain next steps to patients.
• Maintain patient flow by confirming appointments, managing waitlists, and following up on visits.
