Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Front Desk: greet visitors, confirm visit purpose, escort to meeting rooms, monitor visitor log, issue badges.
• Answer calls on main lines, route inquiries, provide information on division services, and refer complex issues.
• Manage voicemail, faxes and emails; update staff directories and care coordination records.
• Support Central Support: arrange travel, complete mileage reports, handle mail, assist with translations and approvals; maintain SharePoint.
