We are looking to hire a Front Desk Attendant who is outgoing, reliable, and coachable. High-quality customer service is a must! You will provide an inviting, clean, and safe environment for all visitors while aligning with FFC’s core values. Position Details

Position: Front Desk Attendant - Weekend Opener

Job Type: Part-time

Location: Park Ridge

Required Shifts: Saturdays 6am - 1pm, occasional Sundays as needed 6am - 1pm, availability for M-F 4:30am - 9am or 4:30 am - 1pm to fill in or sub as needed.

Compensation: $15/hour

Responsibilities
  • Greet members by name and create a great first impression
  • Check-in members and guests
  • Act as liaison between members and the Membership Department
  • Answer incoming calls professionally
  • Handle member questions, concerns, and complaints; support the Membership Experience Manager as needed
  • Perform opening and closing functions at the front desk
  • Process payments and ensure cash drawer accuracy
  • Attend all required staff meetings
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment
