Job summary

Equinox is seeking energetic Front Desk Associates in Los Angeles to warmly greet members and guests, manage phone inquiries, and respond to questions with a high level of service.

You will update accounts, maintain a tidy workspace, and support other departments as needed while working various shifts. The role offers opportunities in a luxury wellness environment with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service or related experience.
• High school diploma/GED required or equivalent work experience.
• Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in person, via email, and via phone.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests professionally.
• Answer phones professionally.
• Respond to member questions and concerns.
• Update members’ accounts as needed.
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area.
• Work opening/closing/mid-day shifts.
• Tour members when applicable.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to members and guests.
• Assist other departments with related tasks.
