Qualifications

• Prior front desk experience in a brand setting or luxury hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Office and hotel platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack).
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage their information, distribute keys, and assign rooms.
• Answer general inquiries to ensure guests have an excellent stay.
