Essential Functions

• Be thoroughly acquainted with all check‑in procedures and policies.
• Be thoroughly acquainted with all check‑out procedures and policies.
• Be thoroughly acquainted with all reservations procedures and policies.
• Be familiar with guest scenarios.
• Be familiar with all technical equipment related to the Front Desk.
• Be familiar with all hotel facilities.
• Be familiar with the inter‑relationship between the different departments.

Hotel Specific Essential Functions

• Be familiar with Guest Services functions in order to assist Guest Services during peak times.
• Be familiar with PBX functions in order to assist with incoming calls.
• Accept other special duties as required by management.
• Work with Front Office Manager to ensure consistent completion of daily shift checklist.
