Concord Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for the Downtown Lansing location. The 1st shift, on-site role requires weekend availability and pays $16/hour, with hours from 7am to 3pm.

You will be at the hub of the hotel, greeting guests and ensuring a positive first impression. The ideal candidate enjoys guest interaction, maintains a proactive, responsive, and caring attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times.
• Maintain a high level of service and hospitality.
• Promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Post guest charges and handle payments following cash handling procedures.
• Be knowledgeable of hotel brand and programs (travel programs, special offers).
• Communicate with various departments and management on guest comments and concerns.
• Know hotel safety and emergency procedures.
