Job summary

UFC GYM - Downtown Pittsburgh is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional service to members and guests. You will greet visitors, handle check-ins, answer calls, and address inquiries with professionalism.

Responsibilities include maintaining the front desk and lobby, supporting club operations, and assisting with reservations and retail goals. The role offers a $12.00 hourly wage and opportunities for bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Energetic, friendly personality and positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
• Excellent customer service, diplomacy and professionalism.
• Able to multi-task with accuracy and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or GED; CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests and members promptly and warmly.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure proper member check-in procedures are followed.
• Address member questions and escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain maintenance log, fitness profiles, telephone inquiries and reservations.
• Report unsafe conditions or emergencies to management immediately.
• Keep front desk and lobby neat and clean at all times.
• Monitor retail goals and help club meet/exceed targets.
• Call past-due members regarding late dues and down payments.
