Job summary

Elements Massage is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Harrisburg to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will guide clients through the Elements Wellness Program, promote memberships, and ensure smooth check-in, scheduling, and payments with simple studio software.

The role emphasizes listening, hospitality, and accurate service delivery in a friendly, spa-like setting. Retail experience and a customer-first attitude are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
• Must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.
• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
• Customer Service in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred; attention, hospitality, and execution are key.
• Familiarity with modern office tools; scheduling and payments processed with easy-to-learn programs.

Responsibilities

• Follow the sales process to promote the Elements Wellness Program to clients and build loyalty.
• Listen to clients and address their questions with courtesy and care.
• Support checkout and scheduling using studio software and systems.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk environment for clients.

• Pay $13.00 minimum per hour depending on experience/ full or part time
