Hamilton Health Box is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our Grandfield, OK clinic. You will be the first point of contact, greeting patients and visitors, handling inquiries, and assisting with forms and payments.

Ideal candidates have healthcare or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is required to communicate with patients effectively.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.

Mansioni

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
• Verify patient information and update electronic medical records.
• Collect co-pays and process payments as needed.
• Assist patients with completing forms and paperwork.
• Maintain a clean front desk and waiting area.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
