Job summary

Responsibilities

Interacts with patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Check-in patients for appointments, verify demographic information, provide paperwork, and collect payments.
Coordinate scheduling of patient appointments and collaborate with providers using multiple computer systems.
Perform administrative tasks such as electronic filing, scanning, faxing, mailing in a timely manner.
Answer inbound and make outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and triage as appropriate.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting room.
Handle patient concerns and crises with empathy, escalating as needed.
Attend mandatory meetings and trainings.
