Job summary

Hilton MSP Airport in Bloomington, MN, is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the AM shift. You will greet guests, check them in and out promptly, assist with pre-registration and blocking of reservations, and ensure accurate posting of charges.

You should be comfortable using the Front Office system and applying hotel policies. This in-office role requires a strong work ethic, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work as part of a guest-focused team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly checking them in/out.
• Post charges accurately for all hotel transactions.
• Maintain working knowledge of Front Office system and daily transactions.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card information securely.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Know hotel rates and applicable discounts and how to apply them.
• Take same-day reservations and follow cancellation/ relocation procedures.
