Job summary

Dave Wright Nissan Subaru is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet visitors, route calls, and provide friendly, efficient service to customers and vendors.

You will support department managers on a daily basis, handle data entry and general office tasks, and contribute to a collaborative team environment that values integrity and customer care.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask with customers and vendors.
• Willing to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate a switchboard telephone system, routing calls to the proper departments.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner to minimize hold time.
• Provide basic information to callers with general inquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient with all customers and teammates.
• Work with department managers daily.
• Other administrative duties as assigned, including office work and data entry.

Front Desk Associate Responsibilities:

• Operate a switchboard telephone system, routing phone calls to the proper departments
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, in order to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries, while providing excellent customer service
• Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and teammates
• Work with department managers on a daily basis
• Other administrative duties as assigned, including office work and data entry

Front Desk Associate Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees, while multitasking
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check prior to employment
