Job summary

JSK Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent for our Courtyard by Marriott in South Bend, IN. You will be the first point of contact, delivering warm, brand-standard service from arrival to departure and promoting hotel amenities.

Responsibilities include check-ins/outs, reservations, payments, upselling, and guest assistance. Requires 18+, high school diploma, and flexible availability; Marriott experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills; hospitality or retail experience preferred.
• Basic computer and PMS familiarity; cash handling ability.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**

• Perform check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and process payments accurately.
• Assist with guest requests, directions, local information, and special needs.
• Upsell rooms and services and promote hotel amenities.
• Maintain lobby and front desk appearance and supplies.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and complete shift reports.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly or escape appropriately.
• Support other departments as needed for seamless operations.
• Uphold safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Deliver Courtyard by Marriott service standards and enroll guests in the loyalty program.

**Required**

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills; prior hospitality or retail experience preferred.
• Basic computer and PMS comfort; cash handling ability.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods; professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

**Preferred**

• Marriott brand systems experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
