Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales and Fitness Managers to deliver a member-centric experience that enhances relationships and retention
  • Provide friendly greetings and prompt attention to members' needs
  • Engage members with fitness offerings, including personal training, classes, and digital programs
  • Maintain member relationships and serve as a resource for questions or concerns
  • Assist with club tours and member inquiries
  • Support housekeeping duties as needed
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work accurately at a fast pace
  • Attention to small details and organization
  • Ability to work around cleaning products
  • Physical ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, clear communication, and a clean appearance in uniform
