Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Dogs make us happy, and we want to return their love by keeping them as happy and healthy as we can. Bowie Barker is a modern dog grooming and bathing facility with an elevated design and easy-app-based booking system. Our We Groom/You Groom model allows pet parents to wash their dogs or schedule full-service grooming with highly skilled professionals. The menu includes customized services tailored to each dog's needs.

This position may involve additional duties to maintain operational efficiency and security.

We are seeking Front Desk Associates to help grow this exciting brand. The role is based in Culver City and will serve as a flagship for future expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Create positive experiences for dogs and their owners.
  • Promote memberships, services, and products beneficial to dogs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Answer guest questions and educate them on pet care.
  • Safeguard guest financial data.
  • Greet every dog and human entering and leaving the shop.
  • Assist in all operational areas as directed by management.
  • Report any incidents involving staff or guests to management.
  • Show enthusiasm and love for dogs!
Qualifications
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm.
  • Basic math and money handling skills.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality, and love for working with people and dogs.
  • Strong communication, listening, and computer skills.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $19.00/hour

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, Life/AD&D, 401K, and holidays.
