Your Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Sales and Fitness Managers to provide a member-centric experience that enhances relationships and retention
  • Greet members warmly, check-in efficiently, and address their needs promptly
  • Engage members with various fitness offerings, including personal training and classes, and serve as a resource for their questions or concerns
  • Assist with club tours and member inquiries, and support housekeeping duties as needed
Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Willingness to perform routine tasks repeatedly
  • Ability to work accurately at a fast pace
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work around cleaning products
  • Physical ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
