The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer Lash Lifts, Threading, Brow Lamination, and all Lash Extension services. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate for our salon. Your primary focus will be providing excellent customer service to our guests and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities include membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. If you have a passion for sales and customer service, we would love to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Increase membership and retail sales
• Greet visitors and ensure an excellent customer experience
• Book appointments via online, in person, or by phone
• Assist with group operations like inventory maintenance
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• At least 1 year of experience in a salon setting
• SALON EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work weekends and evenings
• Experience with MindBody or similar booking software
