Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Front Desk Customer Service
  • Ensures that guests and members are warmly greeted and promptly assisted
  • Answers incoming calls professionally and efficiently
  • Follows proper member check-in procedures
  • Responds to member questions, requests, and concerns; escalates to management if unable to resolve
  • Maintains the Maintenance Log, Fitness profiles, telephone inquiries, and group fitness reservations
  • Reports or escalates unsafe conditions or emergencies immediately
Club Operations and Administration
  • Keeps front desk and lobby neat and clean at all times
  • Monitors retail goals and ensures club meets or exceeds targets
  • Calls past due members regarding late dues and down payments
  • Coordinates with maintenance and janitorial staff to address issues promptly

Required Qualifications:

  • Energetic with a friendly, outgoing personality and positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone etiquette
  • Customer service focus, diplomacy, and professionalism
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Multi-tasking skills with attention to detail

Minimum Certifications/Educational Level:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current CPR/AED certification
