Job description

Dynamic CycleBar studio in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a motivated, sales-minded individual with a passion for influencing first-time riders for our morning classes from 5:00 am to 8:00 am, Monday through Friday.

Our Front Desk Associates are passionate about fitness and delivering a superior experience. They prioritize driving sales and revenue within the studio.

Our associates are responsible for meeting studio sales goals, membership renewals, and ancillary service goals through strategic outreach to new customers, in-club leads (first-time riders), and securing member referrals. Under the management of a Franchise Owner, national sales director, and supported by a CycleBar Experience team, Sales Leads must exemplify leadership qualities. They should be able to build lasting relationships with prospective and current members to foster ambassadorship and retention. The Sales Lead role is rooted in hospitality and upholds our mission of fueling an energetic communal experience.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
  • Confidence in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales techniques.
  • Ability to manage and drive two revenue streams: memberships and retail.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and via phone/email.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment.
  • Recognize areas for improvement and implement changes using sound judgment.
  • Passion for fitness.
  • Strong writing and grammar skills.
  • Highly organized with proficiency in data management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the public.
  • Proficiency with computers and studio software.

Duties:

  • Membership sales
  • Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
  • Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
  • Manage marketing campaigns to generate leads
  • Other duties as assigned, including acquiring new members and retaining existing ones
  • Convert non-membership users to members
  • Engage in monthly strategic outreach activities to secure first-time rider leads
  • Build rapport with prospective and current members, embracing hospitality and CycleBar culture
  • Work with the General Manager to coach and train the team on hospitality and sales tactics, and work with the owner on team accountability
  • Set and work toward monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets
  • Drive referral business through ambassador programs
