The Front Desk Associate should be friendly, courteous, and committed to delivering excellent service, fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty while promoting Ignite Fitness Holdings-Planet Fitness Mission, Vision, and Values. The role requires multitasking with a friendly demeanor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Welcome and farewell members confidently and professionally.
  2. Anticipate and respond promptly to members' needs, acknowledging them.
  3. Provide efficient telephone service, answering calls knowledgeably and promptly.
  4. Resolve customer concerns effectively using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  5. Maintain cleanliness of the club for up to 50% of the shift.
  6. Deliver prompt and accurate customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Handle payments, give change, and provide receipts.
  8. Promote products and promotions to increase revenue.
  9. Answer customer inquiries about business procedures and policies in a customer-friendly manner.
Minimum Skills
  1. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  2. Strong work ethic with decision-making and problem resolution skills.
  3. Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
  4. Flexible with rotating schedules.
  5. Exceptional customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
  6. Energetic, enthusiastic, and hardworking.
  7. Physical ability to talk, hear, sit, stand, handle objects, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. At least 18 years old.
  2. High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  3. Six months of face-to-face customer service experience in retail or one year in fitness preferred.
Hours

Hours may vary during initial training and based on facility needs. Discuss your availability with the Hiring Manager or note it on your application. Flexibility for weekday and weekend hours is preferred.
